With her robust sense of humor, dogged determination, and feisty energy, we are delighted to call Becki one of ours! Becki is a native Floridian, born in Holly Hill, but Ocala was the first place she ever truly felt at home. She fell in love with the area and has been here ever since. Becki earned her teaching degree at the age of 30, eventually earning her Master degree in Education Leadership, and worked with children and adults of all ages for 20 years before deciding to retire from teaching. During those 20 years, she also became a massage therapist and saw in her patients how destructive stress can be on the mind and body. Buying or selling a house can be a very stressful experience, but buying her current home was such a positive experience for Becki that she decided to become a Realtor in this next phase of her life! She realized that staying calm and providing her clients with reliable knowledge is the best way to ensure that their experience is positive, too. She is dedicated to this ideal. Becki lives in Ocala with her husband, DJ. They have a daughter who also lives in Ocala and has blessed them with two fantastic grand kids. Becki and DJ also have a foster son who lives in Gainesville and has given them two more wonderful grandsons.
